Boutique Speaker Development and Representation

Build your speaking career through lasting relationships.

The hardest part of building a speaking career often isn’t the speaking. It’s having to keep putting yourself forward in a crowded field—figuring out what to say about yourself, finding the right people, making the connection, following up, and doing it all over again. And when your message is still taking shape, even knowing where to begin can feel overwhelming.

That’s where we come in. Speaker development helps you uncover and shape the point of view, story, and presentation you want to bring into the world. Speaker representation takes that work outward—finding the right audiences, building organizer relationships, and creating opportunities around what you have to say. Some clients need one. Some move naturally from one into the other.

We partner with a small number of lawyers, educators, advisors, authors, motivational speakers, and other thoughtful voices with something meaningful to share. You work directly with Cheryl and Philip, who stay closely involved from the first spark of an idea through the conversations, relationships, and opportunities that follow.

Our intention is to help your speaking grow into something lasting—one meaningful room, one trusted relationship, and one opportunity at a time.

Speaker development: $3,000/month.

Ongoing representation: $3,500/month.

Tell us about your work and goals. We begin with a conversation about fit and the right starting point.

A small agency with a long view.

We take your speaking career personally. We want to understand what you believe, what you have lived and learned, and what you want an audience to take with them.

Our intention is to build a sustainable ecosystem around your speaking: a clear message, a professional speaker profile, trusted organizer relationships, meaningful introductions, and opportunities to be invited back.

Philip helps shape the ideas at the heart of your presentation. Cheryl brings a natural instinct for connection and a creative approach to finding the people and places that fit. She handles the conversations that lead to an agreed engagement, then stays involved through scheduling and coordination.

We continue the relationship work between appearances, paying attention to what resonates and where a connection might lead next. We want each stage of the work to strengthen the foundation for the years ahead.

Development, when you need it

Work with Philip on your point of view, audience, and principal presentation. Four working sessions each month, agreed feedback between meetings, and a monthly strategy conversation with Cheryl keep the work focused and connected to your goals.

Representation that follows through

Cheryl researches opportunities, develops organizer relationships, handles outreach and follow-up, and carries approved engagements through fee conversations, confirmation, scheduling, and coordination. She looks for thoughtful ways to build on those relationships over time.
